Digital Product Delivery
WebClientKit products are not available for checkout yet. When products become available, delivery details, file formats, and access instructions will be shown before purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refund terms will apply only after paid products are available. Before purchase, review the product description, included files, delivery method, and access terms carefully.
Non-Refundable Cases
- You changed your mind after accessing or downloading a purchased product.
- You no longer need the product after purchase.
- You expected custom services, implementation, or support not included in the product description.
- You cannot use the product because of missing third-party software or tools not controlled by WebClientKit.
How to Request a Refund
When paid products are available, refund requests should include your order details, purchase email, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Access Issues
If you have trouble accessing a purchased product, contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend files, or provide a working delivery method.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We can usually resolve access, duplicate charge, or order issues faster through support.
